Per Coast Guard rules and regulations, we allow a hard maximum of 13 Guests on our yacht charter and a hard maximum of 6 Guests on our center-console charter.
Yes! You are more than welcome to provide your own food and beverages. We also allow custom catering. Guests are encouraged to provide their own alcohol as well as the charter does not provide alcohol services.
Smoking is only permitted on the deck. Smoking inside the yacht is not permitted.
All Big Daddy Miami Charters yachts will proceed to on schedule with charter unless there is an official US Coast Guard weather warning or the captain deems the water unsafe. There will be no refunds or rescheduling for light rain.
Cancellation Policy: Charters can be cancelled at any point up to departure time. However, the deposit is non-refundable. Charter guests that have paid in-full prior to the cancellation are subject to a refund of the difference between fee and deposit.
As charters are to be paid in-person, charters can be cancelled at any point. We just ask that you cancel at least 2 hours prior to departure time. To cancel charter, email support@bigdaddymiami.com.
Yes, a 20% Non-refundable deposit will be required upon filling out the booking form in order to secure charter time slot. You may also pay for the entire up front as well.
All charters are to either be online at Bigdaddymiami.com or paid in-person by cash, check, Zelle, bank transfer, Apple Pay, CashApp, or Venmo on the day of or prior to the charter outing.
